Packages within the United States are sent via Priority Mail and ship within 1-3 business days, please allow another 2-4 business days for delivery after shipment. Packages to Canada are sent via UPS for delivery within 1-2 weeks, and require a phone number. You will receive a PayPal receipt with your order, and a shipping notice with a tracking number upon shipment.

To receive the 30 day money-back guarantee, the complete package (including any free materials) must be returned in good condition within 30 days of the physical delivery to your address. The guarantee applies to the purchase price, not the shipping. It is highly recommended that you insure your package and have a tracking number for your return, please write for instructions before returning the package.

The money-back guarantee applies only to the purchase of physical DVDs and manuals from the author.

Books are purchased from the seller, such as Amazon, and streaming video is sold by Vimeo OnDemand. As is normally the case with any other book or premium video purchase, the business arrangement is between you and the actual seller, and any refunds or guarantees will be based on their policies. As is the norm for authors and video producers, I do not have any say or involvement in the consumer purchase or refund process. If you want the money-back guarantee, then please purchase the DVDs, which I do sell and have control over.
